Taffy

Over a year ago, one of my lovely clients, the talented children’s author and super Mom Lindsay Anne Fink, approached me about bringing one of her magical characters, Taffy, to life through stop-motion animation. Having never attempted anything like this before, I was immediately intrigued; it sounded wonderfully creative and completely up my street!

What began as just a couple of little clips of Taffy making snow angels sparked Lindsay’s wonderful imagination, inspiring her to write an entirely new story, which I now have the pleasure of bringing to life through stop-motion animation. It’s a story that explores important values, emotions, and life experiences, helping children understand and navigate the world around them. And because this entire creative journey has been so magical and fulfilling, it feels only right to share a little of the wonderful world of Taffy with you. Join me on this journey as I share the behind-the-scenes moments, the bloopers, and the progress along the way as Taffy and her friends gradually come to life.
