How gorgeous are these two? 😉 I Love that Rachel’s chic of prop was so different to the regular beach session.  It was great to break off from the beach half way through the session to get some really cool boat pictures 😉  Below are some of my favorites 😉
Well what can I say? Marc & Karina a huge congratulations you are such a beautiful couple, you were an absolute joy to work with 😉 I had so much fun! I am pretty sure work is not meant to be this enjoyable 😉 The only reason I wanted to leave was to start working on all the photographs, I just couldn’t wait to see them all.
When Karina and I first sat and talked about her wedding she had me intrigued from the off set. She spoke about their passion for dancing, as that’s how they first met and fell in love. Karina also told me her first dance plans and in the ten years I have been shooting weddings I can hand on heart say that you guys were the best first dance yet you smashed it! I have never seen anyone not only attempt the dirty dancing lift but also pull it off so perfectly 😉 All you have to do is take a look at the pictures below to see just how much dancing went on. I was even having a little jiggle myself the vibe was contagious 😉
This is a rather large blog post because I couldn’t narrow it down there were so many beautiful moments I just had to share them all.  The reception was held at the very beautiful Osetra Bay and all of Karina’s visions became a reality the place looked stunning. All the gorgeous decor was provided by The fabulous Ritz Carlton!

I had such a fantastic time with the gorgeous Chelsea and Justin on Saturday 😉  Chelsea has been visiting Cayman for her whole life and always stays at the Westin, so it was so special to have her special day there.  The ceremony was so intimate and having the beautiful new gazebo just made the ceremony even more special.  I have to say it was the first time this year I have actually been a little chilly while working but I certainly liked it as did all of the guests too.  The rain managed to hold off and we were left with really beautiful light and an almost perfect temperature. 😉

Kate and Shaun recently tied the knot in Australia so they had many friends that couldn’t make it to their big day.  So they decided to have a second ceremony here in Cayman so everyone can share their special day with them 😉  Kate’s bestie Maya decided her gift to Kate would be to capture the preparation with the girls! Here are some of the gorgeous shots we got 😉
This weekend was Gina & Edwards special day.  Starting at the newly refurbished Marriott and ending at the idilic Grand Old House here is a little story from their day as they do the big “I do” 😉 What a lovely couple they were so smitten and it certainly shines in the photographs.  I had a great time working with the gorgeous couple 😉 Here are just a few of my favorites 😉 Thankfully although it was very windy we had no rain just fantastically moody clouds.  My favorite weather conditions to work in.
The very gorgeous Shona & Matthew recently tied the knot in the UK and to make sure ALL of their friends could share their special day with them they had a very special ceremony here in Cayman too 😉  Their ceremony was absolutely perfect, held at Smith Cove on Saturday.  Both very keen kite surfers Matt couldn’t resist bringing a little piece of that passion to the beach as a surprise for Shona.  It looked fab he had created his very own kite tunnel which certainly added a big splash of color we don’t usually see on the beaches here.  After sharing a very magical and intimate ceremony with their friends they then moved to the Lobster Pot to continue celebrating in style 😉

Yesterday I had the pleasure of working with Breanne & Greg and they looked simply beautiful 😉  Held at the Caribbean Club on Seven Mile Beach one of my favorite venues to photograph a wedding. Then the reception was in Luca these guys do such a fantastic job!  Anyone out there that is currently scouting venues I strongly recommend checking out Luca the service is impeccable and the venue is perfect for photography.  I started the day getting some really natural pictures of the girls getting ready upstairs.  Due to the naughty rain we had to change the location of the ceremony to Luca and it was just perfect!  It gave us loads of extra time to spend on portraits 😉 Lots of family and friends flew down here to help celebrate the big day and they had such a great time.  I knew whilst I was working I would find it hard to keep this blog post short so I just went crazy here are just a few of my favorites 😉  What a gorgeous couple “congratulations” guys you looked beautiful 😉
Remember this gorgeous twosome? MASSIVE CONGRATULATIONS!!!!! To a very special couple 😉  It was a great honor to shoot these two again.  Having their epic wedding at Mayas home town Krakow, Poland she decided she just had to capture her second home especially as it pretty much drizzled the entire time in Poland.  Regardless she got some amazing pictures.  Now for the Caribbean shoot.  We went to one of our favorite spots down at Barkers National Park.  What a perfect spot for these two to get all dressed up and go for it literally. They got soaked as did I doing a rock check before they took the plunge (note to self take a rubber ring and booties next time 😉
We almost had a dress disaster though when a wild Cayman Mutt decided to casually start photo bombing then ruthlessly pottered over to Mayas gorgeous dress and bold as brass cocked its leg!!!!!  OMG I screamed NOOOOOOOOOOOO thankfully my scary Rochdale accent sent shivers down the dogs spine and it decided to keep walking 😉  Phewsies!

Congratulations Heidi & Mike. You are a stunning couple. I love it when we do a first look it really enables us to get some really cute shots before we lose the light after the ceremony. Its also a great way to add to the story of your day. Although some may prefer to stick to the traditional lines if you do go for the first look you are guaranteed some really cute romantic shots that captures the bright Caribbean colors that draw you to the island in the first place.
Don’t worry would always make sure you have enough time to freshen up before your ceremony. Trust me its worth stepping outside the box on tradition the results are worth it! 😉
I had such a great time with Erika and Ian. Not only were they stupidly fun to shoot but they were also amazing wake boarders too. Being a crazy kite surfer we had a good old natter about loving the water and wanting to spend as much time in it as possible. I am really glad they loved water so much because it absolutely poured on their day and thankfully they didn’t let it spoil their day one bit!
The had their wedding at The Westin and what a fantastic spread they put on. These guys certainly knew how to party.
