Happy Birthday Daddy ;-)

What a great idea to surprise Daddy with a special photo shoot that we all have to keep TOP secret 😉 I wonder how long everyone was able to keep that up hehehehehehee.   Love these little guys and having them climb all over my back while I was working is just one of the reasons I love my job.  I was like a human climbing frame, getting covered in dirt and having leaves sprinkled on my head was just one of the aspects of the session that helped keep the little monkeys entertained 😉  It was all worth it though because we managed to capture these beautiful memories for Daddy’s Birthday 😉

Just in time ;-)

Today I did this lovely family and it was so great to get on the beach before the heat kicked in.  We started at 8am,  nothing like getting up bright and early to beat the Seven Mile rush hour oh and Mr Speedo photo bomber 😉  These guys leave in two days so it was great to capture them at the end of their trip. The Ritz is one of my favorite spots on Seven Mile because it has so many nice shady spots where the light is fantastic for portraits.  Here are a few of my top picks from the session 😉

Fresh to paradise ;-)

Well it was lovely to work with the Kennedy family today 😉  What gorgeous girls they have, such little treasures.  Having only been on island for just 6 months it was great to take them to a new location that they hadn’t seen yet.  Along with Yaya (Grandpa) and Grandma we explored Surfers Beach just before the heat started beating down.  8am is a perfect time for a location session, if you can bare to get up early its definitely worth it 😉 .  Here are a few of my favorite pics from this shoot 😉

Always work with children and animals ;-)

Today I got to spend the morning around my favorite creatures in the world 😉  😉 Horses.  I had horses until I was 20 and my goodness today I realized just how much I missed them. With all my kiting I am not sure I would find time to even muck out for five minutes so maybe I will just have to soak up as much horse time when I am working as possible 😉  I love it when clients want to involve all members of their family form dogs to horses and even chickens.  They all count so bring them along with you!  😉

4 generations ;-)

I really love what I do and I especially love it when I get to spend time with the whole family 😉  Especially when its the first time in a while since their last photo shoot. Here we have four generations and what a beautiful family they are.  I was lucky to have this amazing back drop, everywhere I turned there was something pretty to shoot with.  I felt like I could have just stayed there.  When your family home is so special to you why not have your family portrait session there.  Its a great way to make the photographs even more personal 😉

Family fun at Dart Park ;-)

Love these guys 😉  Little Zoe is almost two and it has been a pleasure getting to know her Mummy & Daddy over the years.  These guys wanted their session to be somewhere green a little different from the usual beach and ocean request.  So it was so lovely to explore Dart Park and find some beautiful shady spots 😉 Check out some of my favorites 😉
